Hello everyone! My name is Samantha Andersen, and I am a writer. I am also an avid reader, because it is my belief that the two should go hand-in-hand. I have been writing stories since before I even knew how to properly spell words. I still have many of those stapled computer paper “books” I would make when I was young to remind me of my humble origins.
Nowadays I’m writing stories of fantasy and romance, genres that I can’t seem to get enough of. As the great Toni Morrison once said, “If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, you must be the one to write it”. That quote sums up my purpose for writing. Really, I am a reader above all else and my goal of stringing together sentence after sentence, draft after draft, is so I can have my dream story out in reality.
